1. Driving License & Eligibility

The renter must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid original physical Driving License (two-wheeler category) issued in India. International tourists must present a valid passport, visa, and International Driving Permit (IDP).

2. Security Deposit & Vehicle Handover

A refundable security deposit of ₹500 per scooter is mandatory at pickup. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as handed over. The renter is responsible for any physical damage or loss incurred during the rental period.

3. Fuel & Late Return Policy

Scooters are provided with a like-to-like fuel level policy. Renters are requested to return the scooter with the same level of fuel as provided at pickup. A 30-minute grace period is allowed for returns, after which a late fee of ₹100 per hour will apply.

4. Traffic Fines & Regulations

The renter must comply with all traffic laws in Karnataka. Helmets are compulsory for rider and pillion (2 helmets included with every rental). Any traffic fines or e-challans issued during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
